We regularly provide advice to our clients on their IP rights in relation to the usage of their brand names, domain names, creative works, and technological inventions.
We also help our clients file and pursue applications for trademarks, patents, industrial designs, and copyright.
In addition, we prepare documentation pertaining to the purchase, licencing, as well as sales of IP rights and we handle opposition and infringement cases where necessary.
We regularly liaise with the pertinent regulatory organisations in Nigeria such as the Nigerian Customs Service, National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion (NOTAP), and the Nigerian IP Registry.
We have excellent relationships with global law firms in the IP space and belong to various international IP bodies.
